Policy for study rooms, digital media rooms, and viewing rooms at Foley Center Library.
- All study rooms are for the exclusive use of current Gonzaga University students, faculty, and staff, excluding current Gonzaga University School of Law students.
- These rooms are not available to visitors, students of other institutions, or alumni, without special arrangement.
- Maximum booking length is 3 hours, consecutive bookings allowed but keys must be returned and re-checked out after 3 hours to avoid overdue fees.
- Hours after 12:00 am are available on the next calendar day.
- Check room information for details on available equipment in each room.
- Rooms will be held for 30 minutes, reservations not claimed by this time will be canceled.
- Foley Library reserves the right to cancel or modify room reservations.
